As part of Lunch Actually Pte Ltd, there will be at least 1 SDN accredited Dating Practitioner facilitating our single's events in Singapore.

Terms & Conditions - Local Events

  1. By signing up to Clique2click.com's events, you have given Clique2click.com the rights to collect your personal information.
  2. Event registrations are based on first-come-first-serve basis and must be made via our registration email address: register@clique2click.com
  3. Event registration does not equate confirmation / reservation of seats for the events and are subject to availability of seats.
  4. Confirmation of seat is based on payment made. Without confirmation, we will not admit you to the event.
  5. Closing date of the events serve as last date of registration.
  6. Clique2click.com reserves the rights to close the registration before the registration closing date of the event.
  7. Event registration will only be effective after we received the valid payment (by funds-transfer, cash, PayPal or cheque).
  8. After the event is closed,Clique2click.com will put all any additional registrations on waiting list. We do not promise availability of the seats.
  9. Clique2click.com do not exercise any refund when payment is made to Clique2click.com without prior reservations.
  10. Cheque payments must be received by Clique2click.com within 3 days from registration date and at least 5 working days before the event date. Seats will only be confirmed after cheques are cleared.
  11. Payments via Fund transfer or PayPal must be made within 24 hours upon receipt of event reservation email sent by Clique2click.com.
  12. If payments are not received within 24 hours upon event reservation email sent, the reserved seats will be released to the public.
  13. Once payment are made, participants are required to inform Clique2click.com via email or SMS within 1 hour to confirm your payment mode.
  14. Cheque dated on the day of the event or after the event will not be accepted.
  15. We regret that no refund will be made for non-attendance but a replacement is allowed for the same event. (Refer to refund policy stated below for details).
  16. For those pre-registered via email but did not pay in advance, cash payments onsite are subject to S$10 surcharge.
  17. Onsite payments are subject to availability of seats.
  18. Clique2click.com reserves the rights to reject any payment / participants.
  19. Clique2click.com reserves the rights to exercise any exceptional handling on event registration.
  20. Clique2click.com single events (events with red titles) are for heterosexual males or females (above 21 years old) who are legally singles in Singapore or any other country. By signing up for Clique2click.com singles events, you are claiming to be a single. If you are divorced, please verify with the legal documents. If you are separated, please join us when you are legally divorced.
  21. Please carefully select the type of information you voluntarily disclose or release to other participants and other persons. Clique2click.com disclaims any and all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omission of other members and/or users (including unauthorized users and/or third parties of Clique2click.com).
  22. You are solely responsible for your conduct and for the information you provide to Clique2click.com or transmit to other members. You will not transmit to other members or employees of Clique2click.com or the general public any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, religiously offensive, illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates other members’ or Clique2click.com employees’ or Clique2click.com’s rights (including but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
    Please notify Clique2click.com in writing about conduct or material from other members which you believe infringes these rules. In the event you abuse or threaten employees of Clique2click.com verbally and/or physically, Clique2click.com reserves the right to take legal actions against you.
  23. By registrating for Clique2click.com events, you allowClique2click.com to update you of upcoming events. promotions and services via email or sms.
  24. After event service
    There will be a fee of $30.00 for requesting Clique2click.com to assist on acquiring contact (email or mobile telephone number) of guests who had attended the same event. Fee is chargeable based on number of guests the customer requested.  Each requested contact is $30.00.  This fee is chargeable regardless of the guest’s decision to release his/her contact.  Fee is to be paid in advance before Clique2click.com attempts to contact the guest for his/her permission to release contact.

  1. By signing up to Clique2click.com's overseas events, you have given Clique2click.com the rights to collect your personal information.
  2. Event registrations are based on a first-come-first-serve basis and must be made via our registration email address: register@clique2click.com
  3. Event registration does not equate confirmation / reservation of seats for the events and are subject to availability of seats.
  4. Closing date of the events serve as last date of registration.
  5. Clique2click.com reserves the rights to close the registration before the registration closing date of the event.
  6. Event registration will be effective only after we received the valid payment (by funds-transfer, PayPal or cheque).

  15. ONLY ADVANCE payments are accepted. No onsite payments are allowed for overseas events.
  16. Clique2click.com holds no responsibilities for participant’s inability to participate in the trip / event either from oversight on annual leave application, non-valid passports, traveling documents, any personal matters that affect the participation of the trip or events, etc.
  17. Trip schedules, venues, activities, etc. are subject to change due to safety, logistic, weather or other reasons. If the trip must be altered due to such reasons, we will attempt to reroute the trip and find acceptable alternative activities. No Refunds for advertised activities that must be canceled at the last minute.
  18. Clique2click.com reserves the right to cancel or alter a trip due to insufficient registration, unsafe conditions, or bad weather. This may occur within a day prior to the trip and will result in a full refund.
  19. Clique2click.com is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by a client in preparation of the trip.
  20. Clique2click.com reserves the rights to reject any payment / participants.
  21. Clique2click.com reserves the rights to exercise any exceptional handling on event registrations.

Terms & Refund Policy for Sparks Connection Singapore Participants

  1. Sparks Connection 50% discount is only eligible for SDN members who are Singaporean or Permanent Residents with ample credits in their account for deduction. SDN membership is free.
  2. Pre-registration of event via email with indication of Sparks Connection is required. First come first serve basis.
  3. Walk-in customers without prior registration with Sparks Connection will pay full price in cash.
  4. When registration of event with Sparks Connection 2017 credits is made and the event is cancelled by Clique2click.com, there will be no deduction of credits if event is cancelled by us.
  5. Deduction will be made if you are absent on the day of the event or last minute cancellation.
  6. Strictly no transfer to other events.
  7. An exception can be made for deduction of credits for no-show if the individual is sick and have send in the Medical Certificate (MC) for verification purpose.
  8. Non-transferable to other singles.
  9. Force Majeure
    Clique2click.com cannot accept liability or refund monies if the event has to be amended or cancelled due to any circumstances outside our control or that we could not foresee or avoid. Such as (but not limited to) war, threat of war, riot or civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, ferry delays or traffic delays. Neither can we be held responsible if the venue change their opening times or are closed
  10. No Refund will be given:
    • No-show for events.
    • No refund will be given for any cancelation of registration in less than 14 days to the event date.
    • Those who made payment for events listed here without officially registering themselves for the event at Clique2click.com.
    • Any illegal behaviour will result in the cancellation of your participation without refund.

REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy for local Events

1. When payment is made and the event is cancelled by Clique2click.com, full refund will be given by Clique2click.com. The refunded amount is subjected to any administrative transaction fee that is incurred through third party payment system which is used (Eg: Paypal). We will cancel the event if the gender ratio is less than 60:40, participants can chose to transfer the full payment made to another event or refund.

2. When payment is made and participant discovered that he / she cannot attend the event, the client is to inform the organizer at least 15 days or more prior to event date. As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund $5 to the participants.

3. Force Majeure
Clique2click.com cannot accept liability or refund monies if the event has to be amended or cancelled due to any circumstances outside our control or that we could not foresee or avoid. Such as (but not limited to) war, threat of war, riot or civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, ferry delays or traffic delays. Neither can we be held responsible if the venue change their opening times or are closed.

4. No Refund will be given:

  • No-show for events or matchmaking dates.
  • No refund will be given for any cancelation of registration in less then 14 days to the event date.
  • Those who made payment for events without officially registering themselves via email or the event registration form.
  • Any illegal behaviour will result in the cancellation of your participation without refund.

Refund for Events Package Users

  1. When registration of event with the Events Package Credits is made and the event is cancelled by Clique2click.com, participant could sign up for another Clique2click.com event of similar price or below.
  2. When registration of event with Events Package Credits is made and participant discovered that he / she cannot attend the event, the client is to inform the organizer at least 15 days or more prior to event date. As a gesture of goodwill, we will let the participant sign up for another Clique2click.com event of similar price or below, to redeem for Clique2click.com Event.
  3. Force Majeure
    Clique2click.com cannot accept liability or refund monies if the event has to be amended or cancelled due to any circumstances outside our control or that we could not foresee or avoid. Such as (but not limited to) war, threat of war, riot or civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, ferry delays or traffic delays. Neither can we be held responsible if the venue change their opening times or are closed
  4. 3 Days Cooling Down Period:
    Within three (3) calendar days from the date of payment, if you wish to cease your Events Package, Clique2click.com will return to you the membership fee less the administration fees of S$50.00 which are non-refundable and fees of events attended.
    By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that all of your purchases involving our Events Package plan are not refundable, not transferable and irrefutable after a 3 day cooling down period from the date and time of your purchase. During the 3 day cooling down period after every membership subscription purchase, if you contact us using help@clique2click.com or the contact form and indicate during that period that you want a refund, we will issue you a partial refund for your events package less the administration fees of $50.00 which are non-refundable.
    Take note that 3 Days cooling period only applies in Singapore will not be applicable to any packages bought under promotion. It will be strictly non-refundable.

    • No refund will be given for any cancelation of registration in less than 14 days to the event date.
    • Those who made payment for events package without officially registering themselves for the event at Clique2click.com.
    • Any illegal behaviour will result in the cancellation of your participation without refund.

Refund Policy for Overseas Events

1. When payment is made and the event is cancelled by Clique2click.com, full refund will be given by Clique2click.com. The refunded amount will be subjected to any administrative transaction fee that is incurred through third party payment system which is used (Eg: Paypal).

2. A 5% refund subject to approval by Clique2click.com upon cancellation of event / trip only applies if customer has a valid reason (e.g. medical reason); however the participant is required to inform the Clique2click.com at least 45 days before departure date in writing (i.e. via Email). Participants must produce valid supporting documents for this request.

3. Force Majeure
Clique2click.com cannot accept liability or refund monies if the event has to be amended or cancelled due to any circumstances outside our control or that we could not foresee or avoid. Such as (but not limited to) war, threat of war, riot or civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, ferry delays or traffic delays. Neither can we be held responsible if certain attractions change their opening times or are closed.

4. No Refund will be given if:

  • No-show for trip / events.
  • No refund will be given for any cancelation of registration in less then 45 days to the trip/event date.
  • Those who made payment for events without officially registering themselves via email or the event registration form.
  • Any illegal behaviour will result in the cancellation of your participation without refund.

Terms & Conditions and Refund Policies are subject to change without any notice. Information collected are strictly private and confidential.

Payment and refund transaction fee maybe incurred by users who use Paypal.

We reserved the rights to turn down any participants.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

Disputes between you and the Company regarding the Service may be reported to register@clique2click.com and your report will be directed to our customer service officers’ inbox and they will then respond to you via email within 1-3 working days. Or, you may call us directly at 6532 0010 during our working hours @ 10am-7pm on Weekdays and one of our team will respond to your query.
